Candlestick Chart Dow

How to add a comparison line in a quote chart in Excel?

I’m using an Excel (2003) Chart to track a portfolio’s performance. I’m using the candlesticks option. However, I want to draw a comparison line with the Dow Jones Industrial Average, and another line with the S&P500. How can I do this? Thanks for your help.
Manshu, Thanks for your answer. However, that just gives me a chart with 3 lines. What I want to do is draw 2 lines (the Dow and the S&P) on top a candlestick chart of my portfolio.

If anyone can help, please do. Thanks!

You need to fill in three adjacent columns with the closing values of your portfolio, S&P and DJ for the time period that you want to compare.

Next click on Chart wizard, select Line and Chart Type and select the three adjacent rows and click on Finish. This should give the comparison lines to you. You can right click on the chart itself to modify it to the way it suits you.
